An exciting opportunity has become available to work for this Hyper-Growth 'Unicorn' Software company as a Renewal & RFP Deal Desk Specialist working alongside some of the best people in the industry.


This would suit someone who has gained experience of working for a Technical/ Software Development company in a similar role. Someone who has dealt with complex data would be advantageous with a proactive can-do attitude, and good financial acumen.


Responsible for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Deal Quoting and RFP's


Document validation: ensure that the quoting paperwork has all the technical and financial information to allow provisioning and booking of the order


Responsible for Global Deal Structuring, Quoting



  • Document validation: ensure that the quoting paperwork has all technical and financial information to allow provisioning and booking of the order

  • Quote creation

  • End of month data accuracy review

  • Work together closely with the order management team to make sure quotes are structured and priced correctly

  • Processing Renewal and Upgrade Quotes (Salesforce CPQ)

  • Demonstrate creativity and determination to drive complex opportunities and increase overall sales productivity

  • Drive significant value for the sales force and act as a Subject Matter Expert for corporate support organisations such as product management, legal and finance


Preferred Experience:



  • Quote creation & RFP's

  • General understanding of good financial and corporate governance in the software industry



  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing, rapidly growing environment

  • Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate



  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics).

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel
