We are working with a large, well established employer based on the outskirts of Maidstone to recruit for a Stock Control operative for an immediate start! Working hours are 0700 - 1500 Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS! Salary is £9.25/hour (weekly pay) and there is opportunity for the right person to secure this role on a permanent basis with a successful organisation that can provide future opportunities to progress. Role is located walking distance from public transport and also has free parking on site.



Duties:



  • Counting and logging various stock items

  • Attention to detail is required as items have to be sorted by barcode

  • Clear handwriting to complete logging sheet

  • Happy to count in large quantities

  • Picking and packing of stock

  • Making pallets up, shrink wrapping and logging them.

  • Basic Computer skills are required to update systems

  • Some manual handling to move stock

  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
