Due to ongoing success and company expansion, my client is looking for a Stock and Production Coordinator to support their fast growing business.

My client is becoming an internationally known brand within a niche manufacturing and production area.

This is therefore an exciting opportunity for new employees to join this successful company with the potential of further development and career progression.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary up to £26,000


  • Accurately monitor and maintain stock level

  • Organise and manage stock taken, cycle counts and investigate on stock discrepancy

  • Monitor stock changes and predict stock required for the next production, produce weekly report on stock change

  • Manage stock transfer between different locations

  • Assist in maintaining good supplier relations

  • Manage production including inquiring quotation, prototype, sample confirmation, mass production, product photo shooting, obtaining certificate required by the law from manufacturers, quality control as well as shipment arrangement etc.

  • Ensure pricing, lead times, quantities and quality are being adhered to the requirement in each purchasing and production.

  • Manage damage and faulty stock and report to manufacturers on weekly basis.

  • Check invoices, shipping document and scheduling payments.

  • Provide written reports of any issues raised.

  • Assist in new product launch or slow-moving sales with marketing and sales department

  • Run weekly sales and stock report for directors.

  • Update all retailers stock and stock due-in date on weekly basis.

  • Provide all retailers and customers product information whenever it requires.


  • Advanced knowledge at using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to produce and manage reports related with Stock and Production.

  • Experience of working for a Wholesaler with responsibility of Stock Management and Production Management.

  • Experience on managing Production and maintain relationship with suppliers

  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment and to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels within the business

  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
