Mon-Thurs 8:45am to 4:45pm, Friday 08:45 to 4:15



Are you an enthusiastic person and driven person looking for new opportunity within warehousing working for a reputable company? On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a store person - picker packer.



This role will include:



  • Perform functions related to the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.

  • Pick, pack and despatch inventory for sales orders.

  • Returns to be put away, labelled and appropriate paperwork raised.

  • Complete and process all applicable documentation for movement of goods and stock levels, adhering to company policy to maintain integrity of inventory records.

  • Inventory management i.e. stock counting, locations & stock rotation.

  • Assist in maintaining the security of all warehouse stock and equipment.

  • Assist with maintaining stock levels, locations, computer stock.

  • Receive incoming inventory against purchase orders, processing the relevant transactions as required.

  • Liaising with third party transport/ parcel couriers.

  • Receive incoming consumables and service requirements and forwarding the appropriate paperwork for payment.

  • Investigate any stock discrepancies and advise the Team Leader/Manager of adjustments required.

  • Any other warehouse administration duties as required

  • Participate in warehouse stock takes and perpetual cycle counts as required.

  • Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as necessary and as directed.



The ideal candidate must have:



  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems

  • Capable of using a computerised inventory system

  • Trained in hazardous substances

  • Familiar with web-based freight systems

  • Proficient with out or a similar email software

  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines

  • Reliable, flexible and a team player

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
