We are looking to recruit a Student Records Administrator to start immediately until the end of September. Working Monday - Friday 35hrs per week. Pay £16.28ph. Based near South Kensington. They would consider requests to work from home, but only if you have your own set up as they are unable to provide equipment to support remote working.

To provide a student facing service directly to students, staff and external stakeholders and signposting to others when necessary. To assist the Student Records team in dealing with enquiries from students, with the maintenance of student records for both undergraduate and postgraduate students and providing routine correspondence to students, sponsors and academic staff in the College's departments. To prioritise routine work to adjust to the various cycles in the Registry year or to meet unexpected demands.

Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a student records environment.

Proven experience as a cooperative team member who can also work independently.

Professionally and personally committed to complete tasks successfully and produce excellent results at work (or in other activities).

Experience of providing a responsive, customer-focused service - on the telephone, via electronic medium and face-to-face.
