We have an exciting opportunity to work with a top university based in Central London. This is a temporary position starting ASAP for 6 weeks with potential of being extended. We need to recruit 2 Student Telephone Advisor. This role is paying £11.11 per hour.

The role will be making phone calls to students regarding their teaching attendance and updating a spreadsheet. Full guidance and support will be provided.

The overall skills and experience that we think are required to do this role are:

  • The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills and some call centre / customer service support experience. You will need to make phone calls which can be sensitive in nature as they relate to student non-engagement with their course, so ability to empathise and be able to respond appropriately (with support and written guidance) is essential.

  • The candidate should have MS Office skills, including good Excel skills, and good attention to detail. The ability to enter accurate data and make notes in an Excel spreadsheet is a key part of the role

Previous experience of working with students in an education environment would be a bonus but is not essential
