Student Wellbeing Service Team Administrator


Location: London, Greenwich


Salary: £15.96 - £17.58 (depending on experience)


Duration: ASAP, currently for 4 months (high potential of being extended)


Contract type: Temporary


Roles and Responsibilities include:


Main purpose of Job:



  • To provide administrative support to the Student Wellbeing Service team

  • To provide a help desk service for students to access information, advice, guidance and book appointments for specialist support

  • To take a lead role in developing and maintaining accurate data input records

  • To promote and market the service effectively, focusing on the student experience

  • To take a lead role in ensuring students know about and engage with the service, based on agreed annual targets

  • To support the regular evaluation of reasonable adjustments processes, including examination arrangements

  • To represent the SWS team at Open Days, New Arrival and other student and staff events as required

  • To maintain appropriate data input and filing systems, including shared folders


Key Accountabilities


Team Specific



  • To provide administrative support for the Student Wellbeing Team including financial administration

  • To promote and market the service effectively focusing on the student experience

  • To produce documents using Word and Excel, communicate with clients using outlook/email and keep in regular communication with other members of the team via email and shared folders

  • To schedule and provide notetaking for team meetings

  • To provide administrative support for the regular evaluation and monitoring of all SWS team activities including annual report function
