Our Charity are looking to recruit a step-in Supervisor to maintain the shops successful turnover in multiple locations. You will be held at one branch for 3 days per week then assisting other shops where help is needed.

This level of responsibility will include junior management responsibilities and opening and closing the store.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Maintain maximum sales at all times and working towards targets.

- Sorting and processing of goods.

- Managing the shop team to identify specific training needs for volunteers.

- Be able to handle cash.


- Experience in retail with some managerial responsibilities.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.

- Be comfortable in dealing with all types of situations and building relationships.

- Empathy in the understanding of patients, carers and colleagues.

You must be willing to show flexibility in getting the job done.
