Supply and Logistics Administrator

Location: Broxbourne

Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per annum

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Supply and Logistics Administrator to join our client based in Broxbourne, who are a market leader in their field, they are offering development and career opportunities. The successful candidate, will have previous Customer Service experience, be accustomed to working with and meeting deadlines and have great time management!

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Arranging transportation with third party providers

  • Preparing documentation and managing changes/amendments

  • Communicating information to all stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Accurately updating spreadsheets and systems

  • Communicating accurate information to all stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Other general admin duties

Qualifications/ Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluent verbal and written English skills - Spanish would be an advantage but not essential

  • Computer literate including intermediate Excel skills

  • Hard-working and dedicated to getting tasks completed with high attention to detail

  • Able to communicate in all manners (phone, email and face to face) with stakeholders including customers

  • Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative

  • Flexible approach to work

  • Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Receptiveness to change within fast moving industry

  • Able to work within a team as well as work independently

Other Information:

  • Driving Licence necessary,

  • Weekend work may be required
