Supply Chain Administrator
Hatfield, Hertfordshire
£22,000-£25,000 per annum

Mon- Fri (9am-5pm)

Job Spec:



  • Administrative support; delivery notes, process shipping documents, creating folders, filing.

  • Use of SAP to create shipping notifications, stock bookings, order processing and creating purchase orders.

  • Maintaining in-house spreadsheets, ensuring all data is kept up-to-date.

  • Utilise in-house information systems in line with procurement.

  • Dealing with the Supply/Warehouse specific tools and systems.

  • Generate daily sales reports and monthly reporting activities.

  • Communication and relationship maintenance overseas.

  • Liaise with support functions to resolve any open accounts or stock related issues.

  • Compile monthly accrual calculations.

  • Produce daily and monthly sales/credit or progress reports when required.

  • Daily reconciliation of system stock vs. warehouse stock.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with 3rd Party companies.

  • Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.


Person Spec:



  • Previous experience required

  • IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

  • Personal attributes: self-motivated, driven, methodical, numerate, organised, punctual, assertive, professional, personable, numerate and resourceful.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Analytical with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.

  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.

  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
