We are currently recruiting for a Support Service Administrator in the Wrexham area. This role will provide administrative support within the Business Hub to the largest public sector operation in Wrexham, daily duties for this role may include post distribution, filing, photocopying and general administrative tasks.



Support Service Administrator responsibilities may include:


The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties:



  • The main responsibility for this role will be to receive, open, distribute and monitor all incoming mail on a daily basis making sure that this is done to a timely manner

  • Operate the switchboard appropriately by Identifying the callers needs ensuring all messages are communicated to the appropriate parties

  • Receive/distribute all incoming mail to the correct people

  • Send, collect and distribute faxes to appropriate staff

  • Forward any mail on to other establishments

  • Make sure any issues that occur are reported correctly

  • Keep securely copies of all documentation, either in hard copy or electronic form

  • Update the appropriate files including excel documents

  • Provide administration assistance in area of work

  • Maintain accurate filing system for area of work

  • Respond to queries relating to area of work, redirecting where required



Key Requirements for this role;



  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work well in a team but also individually

  • Good understanding of excel




Role Overview;



  • 5 hours per week

  • £17,171

  • Flexible working hours are available

  • This role is Monday - Friday
