I have a new opportunity for a Systems Expert to join a major FMCG company currently working from home. This role will be looking after the Time and Attendance system on a part time basis.

£13.50 per day

12 month contract (MAT cover)

Currently working from home but will likely be 1 day per month

Waltham site

Part time

22 hours per week (very flexible with days)

The Role:

  • Owner of the MyTime and Interflex systems within the business. Will test and authorise all changes relating to MyTime and be made aware of significant changes to the Access Control component of the system so that the job holder can understand if there will be any impact on the T&A system and take appropriate action.

  • Responsible for training site experts and T&A administrator in the use of MyTime and is the point of escalation for MyTime issues of a complex nature

  • Responsible for maintenance for reporting purposes and communication of changes and system updates.

  • Supporting the Interflex CI Plan including any legal/policy changes by working with and providing data for the Interflex contract manager e.g. providing functional specifications

  • Supporting the system change and project management process by developing testing programs, cascading and signing off changes.

  • Supports the supplier management process by attending supplier review meetings, tracking and recording of escalations and providing input and data to measure performance versus contract SLA's.

  • Investigation and tracking of functional or technical system escalations via the T&A administrator and liaising with the Interflex helpdesk/Technical manager to provide resolution to associates.

  • Responsible for delivering and sign off of testing required for continuous improvement and new system upgrades/functionality.

  • Responsible for the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of escalated MyTime reports

  • Providing reports as requested by Payroll on overtime data and Rewards for World of Rewards data

  • Ensuring periodically the system Housekeeping is completed and all responsible owners follow contractor/leaver processes to ensure the license capacity is not exceeded

  • Ensure compliance to GDPR requirements. Updated data privacy, training up to date, updated service now documentation, asset attestation annually, system access control and removal review

  • Provide support to the manufacturing teams on complex queries and issues
