Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are delighted to be representing our fantastic town centre client in the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their HR team. This a brilliant opportunity for somebody with a background in in-house or agency recruitment to join a well-established, growing company and take ownership of their recruitment activities. You will work as part of a small HR team, ensuring that the recruitment side of the business is supported, and all queries are dealt with efficiently.

The role

  • Working alongside the HR team to support in all recruitment activities

  • Reporting to the HR Manager on the day-to-day recruitment function

  • Management of the recruitment mailbox; loggings CV's, applicant tracker and forwarding to line managers for review

  • Communicate effectively with members of the leadership team to ensure you understand their recruitment needs

  • Work collaboratively with agencies, suppliers, and other external parties

  • Providing a professional point of contact for all external and internal enquiries

  • Assisting the recruitment process from initial introduction of candidates, interview stage, offer and their first day

  • Manage all of the onboarding process including employment letter, contracts, and induction days

  • Establish and grow relationships with recruitment agencies

  • Provide weekly updates to the leadership team, including KPI reports

  • Manage internal applicants

  • Provide feedback to all successful and unsuccessful candidates

  • Unsure everything is dealt with according to GDPR

  • Write and update job descriptions

  • Assisting with HR policies, sensitive matters, and general HR Administrative duties

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in working in recruitment

  • Fantastic customer service and communication skills

  • Business focused attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and the desire to work in HR & Recruitment

  • A professional, friendly, and honest attitude

  • Proven experience in providing excellent service to colleagues and customers

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable but not essential
