Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Home based, occasionally in London (few times a year)

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition to join our growing recruitment team based in London. You will be responsible for helping us find unique ways to identify and entice talented, in-demand candidates to join our business to further drive our growth.

  • Help us scale and grow our technical expertise so that we can continue to provide an exceptional service to our growing client base

  • Build long-term relationships with talented people and guide them through a seamless end-to-end recruitment process

  • Exceed our candidate's expectations, even those who were unsuccessful

  • Partner with our hiring managers, senior leaders, and operations to agree a clear attraction and interview process, provide insights such as salary benchmarking and talent mapping

  • Collaborate with the wider People Services team so that contracts, visas, background checks and onboarding happen seamlessly for your candidates

  • This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Have full autonomy - you'll have the freedom to improve how we currently do things and be encouraged to make it happen

  • Be flexible where you work

  • Contribute to our business growth with your self-starting attitude and excellent recruitment experience

  • You're an experienced recruiter with a track record of success - Ideally with a knowledge of technology recruitment and or volume recruitment

  • You go beyond just sourcing and managing the interview process, looking at the bigger picture instead - using innovative techniques to find those hidden gems

  • You're an adaptable self-starter - someone who can use their own initiative to keep things running at pace and doesn't sit around waiting for answers to come to them

  • You're comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an always-changing environment

  • You're a problem solver. A tricky niche role won't get you down. It's a challenge that just spurs you on to find a new approach and try something new.

  • You're an effective influencer, being comfortable speaking with people at any level and you understand how to adapt your approach to your audience

  • Collaborative working environment - we stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients and ours peers through good times and challenges

  • We empower all passionate technology loving professionals by allowing them to expand their skills and take part in inspiring projects

  • Competitive company benefits such as medical and dental insurance, pension, life assurance, employee wellbeing programme, sports and social events, birthday hampers and much more!

  • Always working as one team, our people are not afraid to think big and challenge the status quo
