Talent Specialist

This role will be sitting within our People and Talent family- a close-knit team. You will be warmly welcomed to a group who celebrate individuality and diversity, who roll their sleeves up, taking on any task no matter how small to help the rest of the group.  

A true internal role, offering the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across Europe in finding and developing our future talent. Your new role will be primarily focussed on finding the best talent with the construction and automation industry and the exciting world of robotics, but also in supporting our internal functions (Operations, Finance etc) in identifying the best talent in the market.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment administration - updating internal databases, management reporting, candidate trackers and arranging interviews

  • Sourcing candidates- utilising Job Boards, LinkedIn, Referrals, applications, careers fairs - but they are also looking for you to be creative and offer ideas and solutions to often difficult to fill roles

  • Providing extensive screening of candidates including salary, motivations for applications, and ensuring thorough interaction throughout the interviewing and onboarding process

  • Working closely with the wider People & Talent team in designing our hiring, attraction and media strategies

  • Partnering with internal customers to achieve their hiring needs whilst consulting them on the industry and coaching them on the candidate experience

Skills required for the Internal Recruiter:

  • Ideally you will already be working within an internal Talent team

  • We have recently rolled out Workday globally so experience using Workday would be brilliant

  • Experience within a fast-paced environment or start up

  • Outstanding communications & stakeholder engagement skills

  • IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Superb organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure

We offer a hybrid working environment, our UK head office is based in London, Liverpool Street -and we are a close knit sociable team - spending 3 days per week in the office ( modern WeWork building) so would like to meet someone who is comfortable being in London, but also willing to travel across the UK and Europe to meet and support our teams.
