Adecco are excited to recruit for a well-known company suited in the Cardiff Bay Area, this role will be for a fixed contract but will be made permanent for the right candidate.


This will be a working from home role, but you may be requested to work in the Cardiff Bay office when needed.


Office Hours and £10.50 - £11 per hour


Responsibilities



  • Diary and meeting support

  • Provide high quality administrative support to the team

  • Manage the main email inbox

  • Deal with any external queries via the telephone and email

  • Provide secretarial support to the team

  • First point of contact for clients

  • Finance support (when needed)



The Individual



  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages (including excel)

  • A proactive problem solver

  • Able to use their own initiative

  • Excellent phone manner
