We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Team Administrator to join our busy award winning recruitment team.


The Team Administrator would be working alongside the consultants to welcome visitors, assist with compliance documents, answer the telephone, order stationary, update databases and spreadsheets and complete audits.


The role of the Team Administrator is to be the first point of contact for any visitors attending the branch, for which customer service is a priority. The Administrator will need be required to handle queries and problem solve, escalating to the consultants where necessary.


The role requires good organisational skills and a good attention to detail in particular with numerical data.


The ideal candidate would have previous customer facing experience, have good IT skills including all Microsoft Office packages and have a good telephone manner. Previous experience in a Reception based role would be advantageous.


The post is a maternity cover, 22.5 hours a week across Monday to Friday.
