Team Leader - Contact Centre / Sales

City Centre offices

Must speak English + either Danish, Italian or Croatian

£11.00 per hour + excellent bonuses available

Temp to Perm role

We are recruiting for an experienced contact centre team leader who has led and motivated sales and service teams. The candidate will be required to speak fluent English as well as either Italian, Croatian or Danish.

Your team members will be passed great warm leads to call the potential customers and explain how the service works answering any of their initial questions and booking a meeting with a Sales Manager. Your role at Team Leader will be to train, motivate and support the team of Advisors.

This role would suit someone who loves looking after team members speaking to customers, someone who has worked in travel or retail or hospitality and has some experience of selling or upselling products and services.

Great bonuses are available within this role.

This role will initially be a remote working role but will move back to the Manchester City Centre office when safe to do so.
