We are recruiting PERMANENT Team Leaders to work both day and night shifts at GEODIS in Lutterworth, LE17 4XY.

What will I be doing as a Team Leader?



  • Working in the Inbound, Outbound or Stock department

  • Leading employees to deliver excellent customer service

  • Coordinating customer orders in a timely manner

  • Monitoring productivity and providing training to members of your team

  • Operating equipment in a safe manner following defined procedures

  • Working with supervisor to ensure compliance to all standards

  • Maintaining housekeeping standards



What will I need for this role as a Team Leader?



  • You will be able to read and write simple instructions, memos, and reports

  • Be solution focusses to make continuous improvements to your team's function

  • Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided
