Adecco Warrington are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.


Working for a huge Financial Institution based in Warrington, you will work as part of the Processing Team supporting the Supervisor in taking responsibility of all aspects of the Cash Centre Operation, including production/processing targets and leading the team to deliver key objectives.


You will also ensure procedures and controls are being adhered to at all times. You must be able to deputise for the Supervisor in their absence and may be called upon to take responsibility of opening and closing the centre when required.


Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm


Salary: £20,249 per annum


This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with an immediate start.


DBS and credit check will be carried out for the successful candidate due to the nature of the business.


Daily Duties Include:



  • Ensuring procedures and controls are being adhered to at all times.

  • Ensuring employees are competent in several roles to maximise flexibility on the shift and within the centre.

  • Ensure the shift meets or exceeds production/processing targets by leading the team to deliver key objectives.

  • Ensuring the team meets or exceeds agreed customer service levels.

  • Promoting a professional image to customers, both internal and external.

  • Informal performance management of employees to ensure high standards of compliance to procedures.

  • Present daily briefings to team members ensuring opportunity for feedback and understanding of presentation.

  • Effective communication and co-operation within the team.

  • Informal performance management of employees to ensure a high standard of compliance to procedures


Experience/Skills Required:



  • Good leadership skills

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Excellent time keeping and attendance

  • Time Management skills; organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks

  • Self-motivated and positive attitude

  • Ability to meet individual targets/deadlines

  • Attention to detail

  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement within the centre and ability to 'think outside the box'

  • Good numeracy skills and numeric keyboard skills

  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Adhere to Values and Core Standards of Behaviour.

  • Demonstrated operational experience as a team leader or cash processor or similar production orientated environment.


You will report to the Shift Manager and support the Supervisor in their daily tasks.
