Technical Assembler


Can you read thorough instructions, blueprints, templates, and understand measurements? Have you previously worked as an assembler within a mechanical industry? Are you competent on Microsoft Office?



If so this could be the perfect role for you …



Our client, a leader in their division are looking for a technical assembler to join their successful team.


You will be responsible for assembling various parts of or entire medical device products.


You will need to have a good understanding of blueprints, templates and assembly instructions. A previous use of tools is advantageous although full training will be provided.



Although this role is hands on within the warehouse you will also be in direct communication with clients therefore strong customer service skills are key. On these calls you will be there to discuss issues clients may have with their products to avoid the need for a return or replacement.



Alongside the above daily duties will include -




  • Position parts and sub assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit

  • Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications

  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on product either returned from the field or that may have been rejected during a Pre Delivery Inspection
