One of our long-term partners who is a leader within their field of manufacturing is looking for a Technical Customer Support individual to join them within their busy customer service team. They are looking for an individual with a technical background who is confident in understanding technical queries and explanations.


You will be supporting the customer support manager whilst building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers. This is a rare opportunity to join this team.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Processing all stages of customer returns,

  • Customer evaluations

  • Customer queries and technical support

  • Shipping RMAs

  • Accurate data input into bespoke systems

  • Always provide high customer service


Clear communication, customer focus and knowledge of MS office, CRM and ERP packages are essential.
