Adecco Lincoln are currently looking for outgoing, quick thinking problem solvers to join one of our well established software solutions clients in the Lincoln area. You're role will be to provide Technical Customer Support to customers via, phone, online chat and also email quickly and efficiently to swiftly resolve any issues and questions.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start

Working hours

A mix of different shifts,

8.00am - 4.45pm

8.30am - 5.15pm

9.15am - 6.00pm

Main duties

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email and online chat on any technical issues or questions. Recording all support on the company ticket system.

  • Group tickets to ensure all issues are clearly documented and support clearly summarised.

  • Time management of your own ticket queue, and ensuring adherence to support the clients SLAs.

  • Escalating problem support tickets quickly when unable to resolve.

  • Perform SQL updates to resolve customers data issues and create bespoke reports.

  • Professional communication with customers and other team members.

  • Support the team in hitting high customer satisfaction.

You will need

  • Superb IT Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Thrive off problem solving and excellent workload management

  • Outgoing personality, with confidence to approach to customers

Although not essential, but desirable

  • Previous experience

  • GCSE A-C in Maths and English
