Are you looking to get away from shifts, weekend working and 40 hour plus weeks? Want to change your lifestyle and gain more of a work/life balance?

If you are currently working in the commercial/industrial Electrical Engineering field then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

We are recruiting for a successful and reputable training company based in the Mid Kent area for an Electrical Engineer to join their expanding training team. This is a great opportunity for an individual in the Electrical Engineering industry who is looking for a fresh challenge in their career and a chance to join a friendly, close knit company. Adecco have worked exclusively with this client for a number of years and have successful placed their last five instructors.

On offer is a solid salary within a growing family-orientated organisation:

- £42K annual salary

- Annual bonus opportunity

- 25 days holiday

- 35 hour Monday-Friday working week

We are looking for Electrical Engineers with a commercial/factory background rather than residential; you will need to understand factory standards and experience in maintenance fitting is advantageous. You will be delivering training courses to experienced, like minded engineers. The training is completed in small groups with practical training making up a large section of the courses.

It is important for this role that you have recent practical experience; you DO NOT need previous teaching or training experience to apply. The employer will offer full training and coaching on the courses you will deliver and will help you to develop your presentation skills. You will also help to develop and design new courses and work to deliver in demand skills and changes in legislation giving you a diverse and varied role that will keep you consistently learning. You will be responsible for ordering parts, building training rigs, researching technical issues and of course delivering the courses.

The most important attributes for this role are the ability to talk to a small audience (3 - 8 people), communicate technical information effectively and the desire to learn and develop. This position will give you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and pass it on to others.

The role will also involve occasional off site training in the UK, so candidates will need to be able to offer flexibility and must have their own vehicle. Any travel outside of office hours will be returned in lieu and expenses and mileage reimbursement are covered by the employer.

We are arranging interviews immediately so please apply online by uploading your CV.
