Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in the heart of Newbury. Our client is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join their team. Hybrid working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and offering a salary of upto £30,000 DOE.

As the Technical Operations Engineer you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining core web applications and owning the relationship with internal and external clients.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing first level support and training of our core web applications to both internal and external clients

  • Developing and producing internal software-based systems to support business practices

  • Providing support for all aspects of our technical systems including our ATS, video interviewing platform and assessment platform

  • Taking a creative approach to your work, contributing to new ideas and challenging the status quo.

  • Account management and effective client liaison

  • Work closely with the Technology Development team
