We are currently recruiting for the perfect candidate to act as Technical Sales Support for our client who is based in Paddington.

They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and organised individual to join their busy, growing team!

Duration: 3-6 month temporary position

Pay: £12-£14 an hour

Hours: 9am-5pm

Days: Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities include:

  • General administrative duties

  • Liaising with clients - responding to all requests in a professional manner

  • Diary management

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Follow up on inbound leads, sharing relevant information, helping arrange next steps with their sales team

  • Collecting sales data to help shape their go-to-market strategy

  • Taking control and ownership - driving force of sales team meetings and agenda strategy

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent organisation skills with experience of multitasking and keeping them track

  • A confident communicator (both verbal and written) who can deal with all types of seniority levels in an organisation

  • Administrative experience

  • Sales background preferred but not essential

  • Excellent IT skills, experience with both Google and Microsoft products would be a bonus

  • High attention to detail

A strong background in general administration is imperative! Full training will also be given on their systems and processes.
