Adecco Cramlington are delighted to support their client in a search for a Technical Services - Support /Administrator


Purpose of the Role


This new role will see numerous existing external / internal customer and Technical Services support functions combined into one role to provide effective end to end support to business processes.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide support and assistance to the Technical Team in the efficient provision of customer quotes and resolution of customer enquiries ensuring the delivery of good customer service.

  • Carryout the timely follow up of quotes and liaise with Sales Team/Customers as required.

  • Ensure the timely processing of Technical Services orders.

  • Maintain Salesforce CRM Records with relevant quote information, contact details and project updates.

  • Maintain the Replicon time database; ensuring projects are recorded correctly including project details, tasks, and estimated installation times. Check time sheets have time recorded accurately, correcting any issues, and raising awareness as required.

  • Using Replicon reports & Salesforce to monitor and report installation progress on projects to management.

  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is in place and ready to be signed off for work start dates.

  • Print off and distribute RAMS packs for start on site.

  • Ensure project materials and specialist equipment are provided and ready when required.

  • Save photograph packs & relevant project information returned during projects.

  • On completion of projects collate project information, prepare and issue completion reports to customers.

  • Monitor invoicing stages and ensure paperwork is passed across for timely invoicing by Accounts.

  • Assist the Health &Safety Team in ensuring equipment registers are kept up to date and calibration of equipment is carried out i.e., gas monitors, lifting equipment.

  • Booking/amending accommodation for the Technical Services installation team


Key Skills & Experience



  • Experience of SAGE, Sales force CRM & Time sheet processing systems (Replicon)- advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - essential.

  • IT - a high level of experience of using MS Office including excel - essential.

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills - essential

  • Previous experience of a Technical/ Construction Co-ordinator or Admin Role - essential

  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a Team but also work independently using own initiative as required - essential.

  • Good time management and ability to organise & prioritise tasks effectively - essential .

  • A positive approach to continuous improvement & change - essential.
