Position Description

Role: Technical Solutions Consultant

Duration: 12 Months

Location: London

Bonus: Company Plan

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship with our client's largest data partners in Geographical products. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product Partnership and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for their external clients/partners.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of our client's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

The Technical Services team is a global support and operations team, with a mission to delight their customers with care so good, it distinguishes them from any competitor. The team is the face of the company to most of their customers, and they want their support experience to set new standards, just like their products do. The team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new products, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development.


* BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical subject, or equivalent practical experience.

* Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.

* Experience in one or more programming languages, including Java, C++, Python.

* Experience working with and managing external partners/customers.


* Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.

* Demonstrated ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.

* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to speak and write in one or more of the following languages fluently and idiomatically in addition to English: Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish.
