Technical Support Administrator

Full Time Hours - Temp to Perm

£12.00 per hour

Basingstoke, Hampshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client on a temp to perm basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promptly report all field failures and Customer complaints per the Quality System

  • Follow-up on out of warranty devices repair fee

  • Follow-up on repair/replacement of defective material

  • Perform logistics activities (receiving/packing/shipping) as needed.

    • Manage and solve shipment escalation.

    • Support in coordinating finished goods shipping activities with external logistics providers.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned or required.


  • Previous related experience in a customer support/admin role

  • Must be a self-starter, a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.

  • Strong results orientation, positive "can do" attitude, and a sense of urgency to get things done.

  • Must have flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.

  • Must be PC literate, with experience of MS packages

  • Excellent vernal and written communication skills

Based in central Basingstoke, free parking is available onsite and they are a 5-10 minute walk from the train station.
