My client, based in Blyth, is now looking for another member to join their team on a Temporary - Permanent basis.


The job role includes, but is not limited to:



  • Call Handling.

  • Using an in-house CRM system to add notes and raise cases.

  • Using an in-house system to make or take calls.

  • Raising quotations on Sage 200.

  • Using all Microsoft systems such as; Excel, Word etc.

  • Sharing knowledge of their product with customers/ engineers.


The Ideal candidate would:



  • Have a good attitude to learning the product.

  • Have some knowledge of providing technical support to customers.

  • Ability to enter notes while on a call.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.


The following would be beneficial:



  • Experience of using Sage 200 to raise quotations.

  • Experience dealing with engineers.
