Our client, who act to resolve financial disputes are looking to on-board a Technical Support candidate, salary £35k, start ASAP, this is a permanent role, hours Mon-Fri 35 per week, this role will be working fully on site, Location: Docklands, London. Paid parking is available on site. You will be put through a stringent vetting process prior to starting.


Key responsibilities;



  • Working within the Smart Bar, a fixed location on site for our people to request technology support with their mobile technology equipment, including laptops and smart phones.

  • As a Smart Bar Technician, you will work alongside other technicians providing face to face and remote support, playing a major part in this step change of our ways of working.

  • You'll need to be customer focused and have exceptional customer service and communications skills as you'll be working with a broad range of people with differing levels of understanding of technology.

  • You'll also need to have strong technical knowledge of Microsoft applications including Windows 10, MS Office and hardware. You will need to be passionate about technology and able to both coach colleagues on best practices and attempt to fix problems both within the Smart Bar and across our office floors.
