On behalf of my established client based in Crewe, I am looking to recruit a Technical Support Team Leader.

Working as the Team Leader for a small and friendly team, you will be responsible for the activity of your team members whilst being the first point of call for any issues that need escalating. You will also be working with the team taking care of the incoming calls for the service department from Customers, re sellers and engineers, scheduling engineer's visits and keeping the customers informed of the status of their service. Making sure that checks are complete on warranty status for used parts and making sure that the claim is logged correctly.

The successful candidate will have experience being a Team leader of a small team and having previously worked in a customer service role. You must have excellent communication, coordination and administration skills, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. This role would suit someone with service or parts department experience.
