The client is a B2B telemarketing agency based in Solihull, who offers focused and cost effective telemarketing to support with vital part of customers marketing strategies. They provide specialist IT and financial services telemarketing, appointment setting and lead generation. The client offers the right training and preparation to ensure their agents can act as members of their own sales team.

To be successful for this role, you will need to have 6 months minimum, ideally 12 months, in an outbound telemarketing role. The campaigns that are starting soon are for appointment setting, therefore experience in this area is extremely desirable.

Starting hourly rate is £9.75 - however for telemarketers with 12 months plus, working on appointment setting campaigns they may consider anything up to approximately £10.83ph. Full time working hours are 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2.45pm finish on a Friday. Ideally the successful candidate must be looking for a permanent role.

After 12 weeks probationary period

  • An extra day's holiday for the week of your birthday. This will be pre-booked for you and will fall on the Friday closest to your birthday.

After 5 years continuous service

  • An extra day's holiday added to your contract to take within the calendar year

  • A gift to reward 5yrs service

After 10 years continuous service

  • A further day holiday added to your contract to take within the calendar year

  • A gift to reward 10yrs service

The bonus scheme will also add up to an additional 2k per year once a permanent employee.
