Adecco are looking for a confident and professional telephonist to work for a busy department within our public sector client located in the Newcastle area. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide a high level of customer service to all, whilst following business procedures and processes.

Applicants will be responsible for booking appointments and providing accurate information. This is a repetitive and sometimes pressured environment, therefore you will need to possess an outgoing and positive attitude whilst being resilient. Duties will involve receiving high volume calls and data entry into Microsoft Excel and other systems.

This is a temporary ongoing role working full time hours Monday-Friday 9;00am-5:00pm and rate of pay from £9.65ph. immediate start required.
