Work Hours: Full time - 35 hours (Monday - Friday 9-5)

Our client is seeking Telephony Handlers for a temporary assignment until end of November with potential extension/permanent opportunities.

This role is based in Swindon, Town Centre, offering £9 per hour.

This is a great role for someone looking to develop and expand their customer service skills. We are looking for customer focused individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a range of people over the phone and in writing.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries/telephone calls

  • To use various database systems and update customers records

  • Work as part of a team and assist other team members as and when required

This role is based within a major blue chip company and is a very short walking distance of Swindon bus station and train station, with on-site coffee shop and restaurant and vending machines that supply free hot drinks. 20 days' holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme.
