Do you have excellent customer service experience? Have you got previous experience in dealing with existing customer/accounts? Do you have upselling, sales experience?

If yes then this may be the role for you, our prestigious beauty retail client is looking for an experienced Tele Sales Operative to work within the team.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Telesales - account management, confidence in upselling with existing customers

  • Dealing with new customer openings

  • RRP website updates

  • Weekly downloading of reports

  • Monthly report updates (new accounts, YOY, segmentation, Well Pharmacies)

  • Team support

  • Liaise with Masterdata, territory changes

Successful candidate will be required to have previous tele sales/ account manager experience and feel confident in maintaining the existing customer relationships at the highest of levels. Strong communication skills required.

This is a fully remote working from home position, our client is looking for someone to start January on a short term assignment for up to 2 months, working hours Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm

Hourly pay rate - £13
