Job Title: Telesales/Account Manager/B2B sales


Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum


Location - Martlesham, Ipswich



Working Hours - Flexible - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (8am - 4pm on Wednesdays) will be flexible around school if needed

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY



  • Telephone calls to new and old customers, building or retaining the relationship

  • Book appointments for the field sales personal to visit new customers and existing clients for service reviews

  • Up selling and cross selling to customers

  • Taking orders over the phone and entering onto the system

  • Processing delivery notes

  • Prepare and send sales quotes to customers

  • Support the Sales Executive in following up customers with ongoing orders

  • Look for ways to continuously improve customer loyalty, customer service and customer relationships

  • Understand the customers' needs and providing solutions
