You will be reporting into the Customer Service Manager, and will assist Sales Directors and Representatives to achieve Company sales volume targets and margin targets. You will receive telephone orders from the Field Sales Teams, deal with customer enquiries by phone/email etc, input both verbal and email orders from the team on a daily basis, obtain costing data for the team on request, i.e price, supplier and product specification. In addition you will work with Field Sales Representatives and Office Staff to update depot information and to improve delivery issues to site, accept all sales customer enquiries and pass these to the appropriate Sales Representative, work with Office and Transport staff to resolve service delivery issues, communicating these to the appropriate Sales Representative, undertake routine answering of the Office phone as necessary, work with Office staff to assist in daily operations and carry out special tasks that may be required.

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar position, strong administration skills and attention to detail, be customer service focused and have excellent interpersonal skills, IT literacy and a working knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
