An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Accommodation Support Officer to join a public sector organisation based in Chelmsford.
The successful applicant will have housing administrative experience, ideally within a public sector organisation with knowledge of the allocation and management of temporary accommodation
Key duties will include:
- Support the Temporary Accommodation Officer with the commissioning, procurement and management of the organisation's temporary accommodation portfolio, ensuring it meets business needs and agreed quality standards
- To ensure information about homeless applicants is up to update
- Input and track data using housing management systems
- Contract and performance management
- Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email
