Adecco Welwyn Garden City are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to work with a local client in Welwyn Garden City.
Contract - Temporary for 4 months.
This role could go permanent for the right candidate.
Hours - 4 hours daily to be agreed.
Pay rate - £9.00 - £10.00 per hour.

Main Duties -

  • Answering incoming calls, dealing with customer queries in a timely manner.

  • If Exchequer experience then some work on there, purchasing invoicing and orders.

  • Sage experience would also be desirable but not necessary.

  • Book Hotels, Taxis, travel.

  • Check Expenses receipts to Credit cards.

  • Recording all information onto a bespoke system.

  • General Admin duties
