The Global Total Rewards organisation delivers total reward strategy; designs rewards policy and programs; and delivers locally relevant solutions to ensure that the functional can deliver against its strategy through the best and most engaged inclusive workforce.

My client has 13k employees across 63 countries. Headquartered in the UK, with of their biggest hub having over 3k employees


Previous experience.
1. Experience of delivering total rewards strategy and solutions in a highly matrixed and complex multi-national environment
2. Demonstrated experience of working effectively and influencing different cultures
3. Ability to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders, developing credibility quickly with the functional, local HR functions and corporate HR functions, and to effect change
4. Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
5. Rewards design, governance and implementation (program policy and technology solutions)
6. Work Council Negotiation
7. Compensation business case creation
8. Strong business and financial acumen
9. Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence and integration
10. Pay parity and Gender Pay implementation

The roles key functions are:
* To partner with the UK&I, France and South theatre HR teams to develop and deliver a market and functional relevant total reward strategy that drives the functional outcomes;
* To partner with the Engineering functional HR and Rewards teams to deliver relevant, competitive practices to enable attraction and retention of talent;
* To partner with the other Practices to develop compliant, market relevant reward solutions that are aligned with the global reward philosophy and strategy, and that supports the employee deal.

Role Functions
* To understand the functional strategy, direction and objectives in order to create a functional relevant reward strategy in line with the global reward philosophy and strategy;
* Partner with the HR Theatre Lead and Partners to develop and implement culture enhancing reward solutions for the function or theatre;
* To support the function / theatre to manage their reward related opex costs and to ensure return on investment from the solutions implemented;
* Partner with the employee services team to ensure smooth implementation and compliant administration of new and existing rewards plans in the theatres;
* Partner with the total rewards analysts as well as other practice teams to ensure effective implementation of global and regional reward initiatives or acquisitions;
* Respond to regional or functional related activities and issues in a timely and effective manner, including but not limited to pensions governance requirements, benefits renewals, transfers between function or roles, mobility/assignment requests, acquisition due diligence etc.
