Internal Sales specialist sought to work on a busy Trade Counter in Hull, supporting a loyal customer base with up to date product knowledge, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the warehouse and logistics functions of the business.
Main Duties
Taking sales enquiries and supporting with product advice
Processing customer orders and readying for dispatch
Providing first class customer service
Maintaining accurate records using CRM system
Dealing with queries and complaints.
