Learning and Development Trainer (HR)


Based: Chiswick


Salary: £25,000


Hours: Mon - Fri (37.5 per week) some flexibility will be essential to meet the needs of the business.


Immediate start


To work closely with the Training Manager to ensure a comprehensive and seamless training service is delivered across the business. Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of all training. Working closely with the Training Manager to consistently seek ways to improve the training service to the business.The role will have responsibility for delivering challenging training requirements across the business.


Duties:



  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding the operations team's and client's expectations by ensuring a comprehensive training Service.

  • Responsible for supporting the Training Manager in delivering cost effective training strategies by demonstrating excellent planning and negotiation skills.

  • Responsible for assisting the Training Manager to deliver the training strategy.

  • Responsible for taking direction from the Training Manager to ensure all training requirements are covered.


HR, Recruitment & Development:



  • Ensure all Holidays, sickness, notes & other data are accurately logged on all systems.

  • Liaise with the operations teams to provide feedback on new starters.

  • Ensure all training issues are escalated to the Training Manager accordingly

  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures as set out in your Contract of Employment and within the Company Handbook.


Communication:



  • Liaise and develop clear communications with all departments and support functions.

  • Ensure daily/weekly updates and/or reports are provided within the timescales set by your Line Manager for all activity to include key statistics.


Detailed duties:



  • Take direction from the Training Manager.

  • Working with the wider HR & training team, to ensure that you are up to date with all training work going on within the business at any one time.

  • Manage any client/office complaints in relation to training effectively and in a timely fashion.

  • Work closely with internal and external training partners to ensure an effective training strategy.

  • Experience within a similar role (essential)

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
