My client is looking for an experienced administrator within a training environment to join their newly established team. You must have a driven attitude with strong communication and excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.

This is a temporary position, working Monday-Friday (9-5) paying £10.50ph.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate resource planning

  • Monitor and report caseload

  • Coordinate test booking and test invigilation

  • Support the Learner Engagement Manager

  • Communicate and confirm learner and employer requirements

  • Monitor learner engagement

  • Provide timely, accurate and compliant records

  • Achieve team targets

  • Complete all necessary reports

  • Provide a professional and quality service


  • Experience within a training environment

  • Experience of setting up new administrative systems

  • Ability to work with stakeholders at varying levels

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience of coordinating activities

  • Good stakeholder engagement skills
