Book external training courses, travel and accommodation for visitors and staff as well as provide support regarding travel arrangements for customers, if required. Orders, IT Equipment, Work wear, and other essential equipment for all new starter personnel joining the company.

Control training room diary and track training dates.

Update the training matrix and control training certificates. Order training materials and support with preparation of presentations, training material and formatting of any paperwork needed.

Provide administrative assistance to the Technical Trainers and technical department.

Receive and assist all visitors at the Training Centre. Direct visitors and telephone enquiries to the appropriate personnel within the department.
