Our client seeks a Training Support Specialist to work for a fantastic Healthcare Company.


This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with previous experience in a similar role.


This is a 6 month rolling contract and offer a car allowance due ti being field based.



Role:




































PRIMARY FUNCTION:



Responsible for co-coordinating and carrying out all product related training for new and existing hospitals using ADC in ward based blood glucose monitoring.



Develop relationships with new and existing hospital accounts.



Implement regular audit visits to hospital accounts to review product performance, user technique, training issues and QC performance and compiling reports on these back to relevant hospital personnel.



Promote the features, advantages and benefits of ADC technology.



MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:




  1. Product training for healthcare professionals




  1. Ensure quality control of ADC meters is performed to meet contract requirements




  1. Coordinate implementations and upgrades within company strategies




  1. Support sales cycles for target secondary care accounts with regard to training and support




  1. Effective and appropriate communication with relevant people both internal and external to maximise business efficiency




  1. Maintain the necessary contacts and working relationships with internal and external customers




  1. Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms



GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:



To comply with the company's policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives

ACCOUNTABILITY / JOB DIMENSIONS:




Will work closely with the Training and Support Manager to ensure that all aspects of the job are efficiently and properly implemented.




MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:




Education to GCSE level or equivalent



Minimum education requirements are necessary so that the individual can manage the complexity and scope of the role




MINIMUM TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:




Prior experience of MS Office and flexible use of electronic reporting tools


Experience of direct customer interface and involvement with salespeople plus involvement and influence in a variety of projects often running concurrently.
