To supply all areas of Administration to a busy service department to include the following:

  • Processing data from the engineer's service reports (to make them ready to be sent to the invoicing department)

  • Processing engineers time sheets and monthly wage reports

  • Updating service records / schedules

  • Supplying service documentation to customers

  • Liaising with customers via telephone

  • Additional administration duties

What we are looking for?

  • A team player able to communicate across all levels

  • Able to provide front line support to both customers and colleagues

  • Attention to detail

  • Able to work with the minimum of supervision

  • Sound educational background; and experience gained in a similar role within a service environment would be an advantage.
