A great opportunity to join our client to cover maternity on a 12 month contract has come up within Chesterfield. Our client is a vibrant and energetic business that employs enthusiastic, and highly motivated
people. You will be working alongside some great colleagues who love what they do.

You will be joining the Transport department which consists of a team of 6. The role involves working
in a busy and fast paced environment with other team members on the following tasks:

  • V5 administration

  • MID letters

  • Rentplan vehicle input

  • Preparing and controlling buyback agreements for vehicle suppliers

  • Contract Hire documents

  • Prospect letters

  • Assisting with new account set-up

  • Department cover for other roles as required

  • Liaising with internal and external sales departments

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers as required

  • Answering and making calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Recording and forwarding clear and concise messages accordingly

  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects as necessary

  • Carrying out administrative and filing duties as required


  • Experience in a similar role

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility and willingness to assist in any area as required

  • A strong work ethic with a positive attitude

  • Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy

  • Disciplined, confident and self-motivated

  • The ability to learn quickly and can work well under pressure

  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills and proficient in MS Office applications, e-mail, Word and Excel

  • Works well on own initiative, as well as being a good team member

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Effective time management and organisational skills

This role involves working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, the shifts are between the hours of 8.00 and
17:30 with one hour for lunch. Flexibility on this may be required periodically.
