Job Title: Transport Administrator (Full time position) 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. £8.41ph

Reports to: Transport Supervisor / Transport Manager


The Transport Administrator will provide assistance in the day to day running of the department. Liaising with other departments throughout the business to ensure our deliveries are made as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Transport Administrator essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Create and update the delivery run sheets.

  • Deal with transport related queries

  • Assist the transport supervisor in all other aspects of the department functions.

Experience: Experience working in a transport office would be an advantage however transport or logistical experience is not necessary for the role as training on all software packages will be provided. It is expected that the candidate has excellent verbal and communication skills. The office is often a very busy environment so the ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines would be beneficial. Organisation skills and having the ability to manage your own work flow is key to the success of the candidate.
