Our client seeks a strong Administrator to join their team on a on-going temp role.

The role will involve general vehicle administration duties, you will need to be confident using Excel.


Coordinate and maintain documentation with regards to administration of the fleet policies, vehicle documentation, fleet insurance, driver licence checks etc.

Walk around checks on rental vehicles when they arrive and leave and completing vehicle acceptance forms with the drivers.

Maintenance checks including tyre and fluid checks.

Daily vehicle checks including managing paperwork / online system.

Vehicle movement throughout the day to and from other depots and service centres.

Liaising with rental companies and other external facilities as well as internal departments.

Promote driver safety within the business.
